Rob: Hey everybody, Rob here at etrailer.com and today we're going to be taking a look at the B&W Under Bed Gooseneck Kit on our 2015 Ram 1500. Now here's what our gooseneck is going to look like once we have it installed. Now I really like B&Ws. They make a really nice hitch and as you can see, if you take your measurements properly, they fit really, really well in the bed. And you're not going to have this misshapen hole and it's almost perfectly lined up without making any kind of adjustments. So these, by far, are some of my favorite goosenecks that I've ever installed.Now like most gooseneck hitches, it is going to give us a two and five 16th inch ball to hook up to our trailer. more

Curt Quick Goose 2 Gooseneck Hitch Installation - 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty- Video
Hi there Ford owners, today in your 2015 Ford F250 super duty, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install CURT Quick Goose II Gooseneck system.This is what our Gooseneck is going to look like when it's installed. The entirety of the assembly is going to be installed underneath the bed frame, and you're only going to have the necessary components poking through on top.You've got your safety chain loops here which are retractable. They pull themselves back down tight when not in use. And in the center here we have our gooseneck ball. You can see here that the ball is completely hidden down inside of our receiver and we've got the cover on it and we've got full truck bed access just as if we didn't even have a gooseneck in here and when we're ready to use it, we can pull the cover off, operate our levers and the ball will automatically pop back out using the handles on the outside. No more twisting knobs or turning levers to pull your ball out and flip it over to store it. more

Jake: Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer today. We're going to be taking a look at two different Curt products, but they're going to accomplish the same thing. We're going to be looking at the curd spider and the Curt drop-in plate. Both of them are going to be a gooseneck conversion for your fifth wheel rails that are already in your bed.Now what I like about this is let's say you have a fifth wheel camper that you go camping with for the past couple of years. And you decide that you want to either haul a gooseneck trailer because you got a side project coming up or something like that, but you don't want to take out your bed because you still like going camping. This is designed to help you haul goosenecks in the proper way, by just utilizing the rails that are already in your bed.The first difference is going to be that our safety chain loops on our spider are going to be on the front and they're going to be spring-loaded, just like our standard ones are on your regular goosenecks. more

The hitch is going to be completely mounted underneath the bed and this is what it's going to look like once it's installed. What I really like about this hitch is the fact that we are going to have dual locking pins, which not only means double the safety, but also double the strength. And since the hitch is mounted underneath the bed, it's going to free up all that space up top so it's going to come in handy whether you're at the job site, hauling supplies around, maybe throwing a couple of motorcycles in the bed or even taking your family on vacation, we're not going to lose any of this precious space.One of the other things I noticed right away that's different from many of the other goosenecks available is the safety chain loops. Now our B&W Gooseneck Hitch is going to allow us to tow a Gooseneck Trailer and safely get down the road. But at the same time, whenever we're not towing our Gooseneck we can actually remove the ball and we'll have full bed access. And because of the design, we can actually store the ball inside the receiver tube here so we'll have a clean look and we won't have to worry about finding somewhere else to put the ball. Review of Curt Gooseneck - EZr Double Lock Below the Bed - C60682- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at the CURT EZr double lock under-bed gooseneck hitch, but the big advantage to having an under-bed gooseneck is that you can have full access to your bed so you don't have to sacrifice any space inside. You can still use your gooseneck and then whenever you're not using it, flip the ball over, put the little cap that comes with it in its place and have full access.We'll also have our safety chain loops that will retract right into that lower part of the corrugation on our truck so we really get the most out of that truck bed space. That's pretty typical. A lot of under-bed goosenecks have that same feature, but the thing that's unique about the CURT double lock is, as the name suggests, it has two pins that hold that hitch ball in place. So if I pull this out and turn it, it'll lock, which is a little tricky since I just have it on my table here.You pull this hitch pin out, turn it, and then you can grab the hitch ball and flip it over. You see there's those two holes there, that's because we'll have a double pin to come in and hold that in place.Customers really like the CURT double lock, have had years of good use and you can see we don't really have too much replay inside there. more

Today we'll be taking a look at the Curt Easy Double Lock Under Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with installation kit. The biggest advantage to having this gooseneck hitch installed in your vehicle is that you'll be able to obviously tow your gooseneck trailer, but this is also going to be a hidden system so everything is pretty much mounted underneath our truck bed with the exception of the ball and the safety chain loops that come up on top of the bed.But whenever we're not using this, we can flip this over to the stored position. You'll have a handle located on the driver's side. Pull that out, turn it clockwise, it'll lock into position, and then you can grab that ball, flip it over. It has a little groove there, you'll want to line that back up and then you can drop that down into place. Now you have full access to your truck bed so you can haul anything as you normally would. more

You have your flush-mounted gooseneck ball insertion point here with your safety chain loops on each side. The safety chain loops are spring loaded to help keep them drawn down in the bed of the truck when not in use to help maximize your truck bed. Additionally, the hitch ball can be pulled out and placed upside down, further maximizing your use of your truck bed. Today on our 2013 Ford F-250 you're going to be taking a look at and I'm going to show you how to install the Draw Tite Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit. This is what our hitch is going to look like when it's installed. What this is good for is it's going to give us total bed access. Our safety chain loops are going to fit in a lower corrugation. Our hitch sits right at bed level, so any time we want to slide anything in and out, we're not going to have to worry about damage.It's going to come with a 2-5/16" ball, and you're going to see a groove here in the side. Now this is what our goose neck is going to look like when it's installed. It's going to allow you to hook up to your gooseneck trailer, and has a tongue weight of 7,500 pounds, and a gross towing capacity of 30,000 pounds. The safety chain connections are retractable and spring loaded, so when you're not using them they spring down to be flushed, stay out of your way. When you're ready to use them you can just pull them up and make your connection. Today on our 2010 Ford F350 Super Duty, we're gonna be installing B&W's Turnover Ball Underbite Gooseneck Hitch, part number BWG NRK 1108. This gooseneck hitch is gonna allow you to hook up your gooseneck trailer and park behind your truck. The ball that comes with it can be removed and inserted upside down, storing it away, being nice and flush, so you have full access to your truck bed, as if it wasn't there. Your safety chains are spring loaded turned down snug against the bed of the truck so it can stay out of the way, but when you need them they simply pop up and they're ready to use. Additionally, the system can be used with B&W's companion, so you can put a fifth wheel insert in here on and now you're fit for a trailer as well.Okay, on our driver's side we'll have our release handle for our ball. We simply let it go inward to lock your ball into place, and when you need to take it out, flip it over, replace it with a different size, you simply pull it out, push it to the side, and that'll hold it in place so you can make your adjustments and lock it back down. more

Draw-Tite Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Review- Video
Speaker 1: Today you're gonna be taking a look at the Draw-Tite Remove-A-Ball line of Gooseneck trailer hitches. Our Gooseneck trailer is gonna allow us to tow a Gooseneck trailer, so we can safely and securely get down the road. It is gonna be an above the bed design, so a hitch head is gonna sit on top of the bed, but it is gonna have a nice low profile. The ball itself is gonna be a two and 5/16th inch ball, and it is gonna be heat treated and zinc coated, so we know it's gonna last a long time. And whenever we're not towing, we can simply come to the lever, we'll flip it up and then we'll pull it away from the ball, then we can pull it out and we'll have full bed access, so we don't have to worry about the ball interfering. To keep all the dirt, debris and grime out of the hole, we have this magnetic cover that'll cover it up and it'll stick right to the hitch head.Now, the ball itself is gonna have a round sleeve design, so whenever we put it in place, it'll have this spring loaded locking pin, just push it in, hold the lever down so it won't snag on anything. more
